About Got Jam?
Got Jam? (塞车吗? / Sesak tak?) is a free website that tells you how jammed the Singapore–Johor crossings are right now. It is built and run by one person in Singapore.
Why it exists
If you cross the Causeway often, you know the routine: open three Telegram groups, scroll past ads and stickers, try to work out if "jam already" was posted five minutes or two hours ago, and still guess wrong.
Got Jam? does that reading for you. It gathers what thousands of commuters are already saying in public Telegram and Facebook groups, adds reports from our own users and public LTA data, and turns it into one simple score for each crossing and direction. One look, and you know whether to go now or have another kopi first.
On top of the live score, this site has plain guides for each crossing, an hour-by-hour chart of when the Causeway usually jams, and answers to the questions people ask most, so you can plan the trip as well as time it.
Who is behind it
Got Jam? is a solo project by a Singaporean who has sat in too many Causeway jams. It is not a company, and it is not linked to ICA, LTA, Malaysian immigration or any other government agency.
The site is updated all the time: new data sources, better reading of Singlish and Chinese posts, the RTS Link when it opens, and guides like the ones on this site. Everything is free to use.
What we promise
- Honest scores. When we do not have enough reports, we say the score is an estimate instead of pretending.
- Credit where it is due. The real information comes from the commuters who post in community groups. We list them on our sources page.
- Your privacy. We do not need an account and we do not sell personal data. See our privacy policy.
